The choice for lean manufacturing means fully automatic production and changeover times are kept to a minimum. We can handle all kinds of packaging, such as sealed cups from 150-400 ml, buckets from 800-1,000 ml, bags from 30 g to 1 kg, and even industrial packaging up to 10 kg. In order to efficiently plan this feat with sometimes complex recipes and the various packaging requirements, we work with a unique score per item so that we can seamlessly achieve lean production across different lines.
